With the Iron Age Testnet on the Horizon, we’re looking forward to a drastic difference in the ways our community can interact with Quai vs the bronze age testnet. We’ll have a range of dApps, tools, and activities for Quai Nation to participant in, but with that being said - are there any specific tools or dApps you guys would want to see specifically?
i.e. a token registry dApp for the community to see/vote on the best dApps, a meme coin deployer, an account leaderboard, etc. (just ideas to stem off of)
We’ll have other tooling and packages as well, such as a wallet and a network stats page to name a few, but would love to see any ideas from the community!
I think in the upcoming Iron Age Testnet, i would recommend the Dev team to look into also deploying an NFT Marketplace, where user’s are able to purchase Unique NFTs Using their Quai coins. I would find it funny if the Dev’s leave out on including a feature relating to NFT trading in their upcoming Iron age. My reason is, currently one of the major trends in the Crypto Industry is NFTs, so most people coming into knowing Quai Network newly, would be elated when they see that the Dev’s are not just focused on building a maybe wallet, swap feature for Quai coin, Liquidity provision, removal for Quai coin etc. They will want to see more and trending features being built.
Marketplaces of all types will be a huge opportunity for anyone willing to build it. Imagine building the first NFT marketplace or trading DEX on a cryptocurrency that can actually scale. I cant think of a more exciting opportunity for a dApp developer in the crypto ecosystem today.
I’d love to see some kind of dApp that helps users deploy their NFTs. There’re artists that know about NFTs and support them but are too scared of the technical aspect to put their own creations on chain. An app streamlining the process would make it that much more accessible for new adopters and also more convenient for existing creators.
Imo tools like this are what really make blockchain valuable. Abstracting out the technical aspect so that non-technical users can easily interact with the network provides so much value in the long term.
